hi there! great that you started your own sketchbook! i like your studies the most and the silhouettes are great, too. did you do them freehand with reference or trace them? because i think they are a great practise for proportions...
keep them coming!

I'm confused about the last pic.
Best advice I can give; Learn ACCURATE proportions, and study them over and over. Get them right, even trace them the first time. Having a bad memory isn't as bad as remembering the WRONG THING.

so....what are your goals for drawing? and what are you doing right now (work, school, personal time)?
since ya asked for my input, i'd like to start off by asking these questions.
also, think of a goal for one month from now and one year from now.

The silhouettes look great - they leap out in terms of standard to the rest of your pics (I mean that as a compliment!).
Try working from life and focus on getting your marks on paper as accurately as you can. Otherwise, I can't really say much as redalert pretty much nailed what I was about to ask.
