Exclamation White people, wake up! (more revelations)

I have decided to return to conceptart.org to contemplate the beauty of diversity. This is a difficult task for me. Forgive me for lashing out with hatred as I struggle to understand my life.

I had a very hard time growing up and suffered much. I did not handle things well and found a group of people who lured me in with feelings of false pride and power based on race. I know one day I will look back at my days with this group and roll my eyes...but right now I am having a hard time seeing past my old pain which still haunts me today. I know that if I were just able to escape from those around me, who plant such thoughts in my head, that I might find my mind openening up enough to grow as a person and find peace.

I am a peace loving individual. I am here because I love people of all races and creeds.....not for the color of their skin or pattern on their flag but for who they are on the inside. I understand that no one culture is perfect and that no race is without its naieve and ignorant old ways. I promise to open my mind in the future and believe that this will help me continue to see the error of my ways.

I shall meditate on the below thought. For one day my mind will find openness.

"Almost always, the creative dedicated minority has made the world better."
    Martin Luther King, Jr.
    hello sir,

thank you for visiting conceptart. We are an open minded community without borders. we have members of every race, color, and creed here and members from nearly all nations of the world.

if you post on the site, I shall find enjoyment in editing your posts to say what you should be saying instead. Your words will not be your words for long. I shall simply take time out of my day to be sure that they are more appropriate words for you to think about.

    much love

I don't know, I think I like where Jason's going with this, though I imagine one of two things will happen. Either the guy gives up and leaves, or Jason gets tired of it and bans him. Both are fine by me

Opposite of love is indifference, not hate. Hate is to not care, plus some.

Don't Think that people here will not care about you because of something you cannot control.

p.s. hugs to anyone, who wants them [people look at me funny]

I'm a firm believer in freedom of speech. We have so few rights left in this country as it is, I'm willing to pretty much tolerate fart noises from a retarded hyenna if that what it takes. But...I don't have to like it.

Given that, Jason's doing the right thing. Reacting negatively to a turd's presence is just making the turd more important. Might as well gild it.

Of course...it'll still be a turd under all that glitter...but it will dry out and blow away a lot faster if we just let it lay there in the sun for a while...

    that's a bit of a harsh generalization.
    Hate most of them?
Hate the ones that caused all the @#%%?
hate the ones that treated other human beings like animals, or in some cases even lower than animals.

But do not generalize, or steriotype,
otherwise you're just as bad as old Mr. white power here.
Not all Nazi's were bad, not all of them killed on command, many didn't even want to be Nazi. And some of them were sympathetic. Some were killed for being symathetic.

but I understand what you're saying.

Granted you shouldn't label or sterotype any group of people, but being a Nazi isn't exactly the same as being white or black. You make a decision to be a Nazi.

Actually, even then one cannot make a complete assumption as to whether or not a person is evil.

During the rape of Nanking, when Japanese soldiers massacred Chinese civilians and were encouraged to rape and kill small girls, a German businessman and highly outspoken Nazi managed to hide hundreds of Chinese people inside his house. He risked his life pleading with Japanese officials and even wrote letters to Hitler asking him to put pressure on the japanese to stop. It was only his affliation to Germany that kept the Japanese from outright killing him, as it would strain their alliance.

When he returned home he was amazed to see that the people he had supported had committed their own share of atrocities. Living thousands of miles away had left him unawares of what occured in his home country.

More can be found here: http://www.irischang.net/press_article.cfm?n=2

    What terrible irony.

Maybe not evil, but certainly misguided. I guess that depends on the exact definition of Nazism, but I think were spliting hairs here..... The point is your arent born a Nazi.

    I know what you're saying.
but then you aren't born anything are you?
If you babtised at 1 month of age, are you Christian. Did you choose?

When the Nazi's ran country, if you weren't with them you were against them. What would you choose if you were an average German bloke with a wife and kids? and the SS was knocking at your door?
The new Pope was part of the Hitler youth. But he didn't want to be.
He didn't have much choice because it was mandatory.
Let me say that I in no way support what the Nazi's did, but grouping them together is a form of racial/political profiling.

The Nazi's did have the coolest gear.
