    Clothing Tutorials

    Hi there,

I've done it all: fine arts school, design courses and workshops, teached myself as much as i can but i still have to struggle with drawing the cloth. The way it wrinkles, how different types of cloth looks and fits.
Does anyone of you know some on- and offline references or tut's which could be usefull?

    Me thank,

    Chupacabra

Other than fashion magazines, I've found that the best way has been hands on. Wearing similar fabric as the type you're wanting to draw and taking self pictures... indoors/outdoors/wet/dry- using a fan, etc. Feeling the various weights of the fabric and placing yourself in various poses that exaggerate it.

I'm not sure if it'll help or if you've tried all of that before... it's just something I've found to be useful.

I won't pretend to understand a single word on this site but this is the clothing section of it and the pictures can be useful.

Hey that's a pretty good find! Wish I could figure out how to translate it to english. Netscape has like a translator option, but can't get it to work.
