Devil's Sketchbook [Soft nudity] - Updated almost daily.
Hm... Hi, my name is Daniel Kim and It's the first time I'm opening a sketchbook here. I want critics about my work, so I can grow up as an artist. I hope to help you guys in some way as well. I'm a little intimidated to post here, since there are so many awesome artists here and sometimes I don't know what to say.
+Don't forget to check new drawings in the next page.

Thanks a lot!
I'll certainly try your suggestion in the next sketches I'm going to do! ^^
Thank you very much. It's good to read that.
I wish good luck in your journey! ^^
Well, I'm going to post a finished work here, it's a little bit old to be submitted in the 'finished works' section and I would like to receive some crits about it. I'm using this painting style since last year and it was really fun to add that kind of painting to my drawing style. I want to develop it more.
And here we have a very rough character design sketch for a comic online thing.
I'll post more later.
See ya soon!

yeah, tou like BIG boobies, don't you?
I like thise one http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y4/...d3/rockman.jpg - ooks quite realistic and have nice colors
http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y4/...3/d06f3eaf.jpg - here I like color range you've used... it seems to be ok.
I won't say anything about manga style... I don't like manga so much
P.S. using textures is really simmple: you have to take a picture of something simple, without big contrasts (for example look on www.maps.google.com and choose "maps")... then coppy that on your work in Photoshop or Painter, and change layers options (mulitiply, color burn, linear burn etc.) it gives fantastic and easy effect

Thanks a lot! ^^
Thanks, man! Well, my intention was to create a semi-realistic style mixing anime and realism features, but not all of them... I mean.. I have a lot of influences that doesn't come from manga and realism only... I wanted to melt things and create my style that way! I know it's weird, but I like it! XD~
Thanks a lot! I'm glad that you liked this painting! ^^
LOL! Of course that I like BIG boobies! They are a very fun feature and I think it's easier to draw too...*is the lazy ass artist*. It's a pity you don't like manga very much, but I understand your point of view. The Rockman doodle is my normal drawing style with an wannabe realistic coloring. I'm glad that you liked this drawing. Thanks for the comment and the tips of the textures on PS! ^^
Thanks a lot, man! I have copies from Loomis' books here and all that, I just have to stop being a lazy ass and practice some more anatomy and stuff! XD~
Thanks a lot! ^^
Thank you very much! I'll definetely do more paintings like that in the near future.
Some character sketches done in 15 minutes, more or less, because I was really bored yesterday... I did with a ballpoint pen in white paper, so I couldn't erase the mistakes and stuff... I still have to learn how to draw without an eraser... sigh... so it was done this way on purpose.
I think I didn't show you the first sketch for this character... well... it was very rushed and I didn't make some details like the rest of his shorts [Is that the right word for it?], but you can see it here.
The big head strikes again...ugh... but I liked it. Hehehe.
Maybe I'll post more later.
Kim - that has lots of sketchbooks to check now! <3

Yeah you better check mine. Nust kidding with you man lol. Your heads in this last batch seem to be pretty good anatomically. All i would say is watch out for the skull you seem to be making yours a bit too small. Ill see if i can do a redraw one of your sketches to show you.
