Its' free and it takes less than 10 seconds!
holy crap, where am I +10/10
don't worry so much about minutes, and focus on what you need. That airplane study is coming along nicely. You seem to have hit most of those values and colors correctly.
studies are only boring to look at if you aren't doing them very well
keep 'em coming!
glad to see your hard working paying off
yea loving the airplane pic dude ! good stuff makes me wanna go draw one too! :o
and the last pic actually looks real good ... hard to explain but if u made the spaceship look a little less painted and more hard edged graphic look it would kick assss gj dude ur making fast progress
Oohh damn, big update dude =)
Really nice work Dennis, as usual of course.
Great success man!
Nice work lately dude!
In post #456 it looks like your were combining photos with painting. Watch out for that, it can be dangerous and you want to make sure you integrate it properly.
If that isn't the case, then be careful with your brushes and make sure they all have the same feel.
Either way make sure all the elements in your painting follow the same style and that it doesn't look like various things stuck together. Also define your light/shadow areas with complementary colours better. The colours you choose seem fine, just make sure the make sense in the painting itself .
Good work buddy, I'm heavily impressed by your progress!
great updates, i loved so much this enviro, the figures looks good, carefull with the arms, most of them are to long. the helmet inspired by m@ is realy nice, the colours are aswome a bit blury. anyway great job and keep updating
killer man. love the environment piece few posts back.
hey bro, stopping by to show some love (In an extremely non-homosexual way). Haven't here in a while, and you've already improved a hell of alot. Keep at it!
Thanks guys! haha so much feedback.. I get back to ya soon
boom!: took some time to figure out who you where ^^
get that website up!
oh well, heres to abstract once.. pretty funny to make! and I know using only my own customized brushes! Some of them are based on min's though
Damn you update as much, it's frightening! ABout your drawings: I like them, but they seem a bit undifferentiated. Put some diversity in there: And, More chicks! Admiral wants to see some titties
That skull-study show some mad values. Just compare that with your first stuff!
The digital stuff I didn't like as much (the enviro and the character) as already stated above, you sometimes use too many too different brushes without knowing where to use them properly. I would suggest holding to the simple round brush and using the others more scarcely. Or just draw every day till you master them all Your last abstracts are awesome, btw. I do like those very much.
Indeed, I thought those were photographs of caves put through a filter to make it look negative!
Just this incredible sense of depth, very good use of contrast to bring that out.
Hhaha I just want to thank everyone! I really do think its been my best page so far! ( not drawing wise, but generally, nice tips.. More critique would be nice.. but otherwise i'm really happy with the feedback! )

Hoi, nice that you experiment, experiments keep the mind fresh and the imagination flowing .
I don't like the woman, though. Her breasts are very unbreastish, also the brushstrokes on her collar-scarf-thing indicate no depth. Remember that every line you place creates perspective as well. With lines, you suggest the eye to follow a certain path which it then interpretates as a curve an edge or a plane or whatever. It's what I think is rendering. That is also the reason that hatching works so good: The eye is led by the lines and the brain creates the depth (why would the eye following a path when it wasn't for the depth, you see, our brains are stupid like that Use that to your advance). In this case, it is not for your advance but flattens the image.
Now get better man, you already surpassed me, time to go GOLD!
You're how old?! pld: Amazing sketchbook dude! Lots of great stuff. It seems like some of your faces and anatomy feel a bit flat compared to some of your more technical concepts and armor suits, but you've got plenty of time to work on that stuff. You've got a bright future my friend. Again, WOW!
Hey Dile! good stuff buddy, enjoyed watching that speed paint and seeing how carefree and loose you're able to work. I'm wondering if you always start out black and white? If so, you might want to start off with colour right away - it brings a whole new angle to the speed paint and you'll learn lots of new stuff this way. It should also help with your colour work in general, so maybe try it out if you haven't done so already. If you have, then just ignore that.
Also, I was wondering: what program do you use to record that?
