    Yo Dile

Doing great man - good to see this type of determination. Speedies are looking great. Just be careful not to let the background overpower the subject. It's not a big problem, but look out for it. In this last one the back ground is fighting a bit with the samurairobotvampirewitchicalindianthing. Also consider you canvas size. In the last one, I think it's too big, there's a lot of space that hasn't really been used, and you composition doesn't quite work with it. However, in the gree one, it totally works, and the composition helps to create an eerie feel. Hope that helps man.

You're a freakin rocket man, keep killing the bear man.

i like that cyclops thing, but the background is stealing my attention. the character should be refined more. it flows into the black too well and instead causes it to fade in comparison to the bright splash.

the splash page robot is cute. anymore updates?

Like the sketchbook! Seems like you've really got this digital thing under control. Especially like some of the darker pictures. I'd recommend doing some more life and head studies, though, as your traditional media pictures seem to be a little iffy in the head department. Keep up the trucking!

you're getting good with the digital stuff keep it up. The pencil work is also taking good shape. Some of them are looking very well handled.

    Hey Dile

That last speedy looks cool - better composition. like sagie said - more anatomy. Will teach you a lot more than just anatomy, can promise you that. master the human body and you master the universe! some master studies couldn't hurt either. In fact.

And don't be too concerned with your thread's rating man. We're here to learn, not to compete.

great progress dude - keep hammering and grinding. You are well on your way to godhood. ciao man

whoa dude, i leave and you do a stack of work.
Great to see 10 pages, good job man.
Well your photoshopping has definately improved, the green one is quite nice compositionally wise, the darkness leads the eye into the green spot.
My advice is this, youve worked a lot on figures so try something different, either some crazy monster figure or some environments.
Also do some more pencil work, then photoshop, once you get it on paper then try to figure the colouring.
Keep at it my friend. Your improving in leaps and bounds.

damn this one is awesome, I could learn some one or two from it. Great composition and mood, huge leap in the right direction!!

Study proportion and portraits! that's my two cents
oh, and cool you're finally posting some pencils too

    keep to it, dile

Yeah dude, these speed paints are pretty bangin. The newest one, the green one from the last page, and the one reposted above in paticular. Major Kudos. A coupla thing, Let's see the hands on that ninja guy! Most times when I see that the hands aren't included in a painting, it screams at me that the artist just didn't want to paint them. I know they can be frustating little buggers, but there's only one way to master em... Also, you're really starting to master textures, the subtle stuff going on in the the bottom left of this new one is friggin rad. Be careful not to use texture just for the sake of it looking pretty, knowing when to choose your moments will make that stuff really sing. Like on the newest one. Top bombin man!

hmm. it looks like you're getting better at drawing floating torsos, but where are the legs? let's see some full body type things.

and... everything is so black. we can't see your designs if you cast everything into shadow. if you don't know what you're drawing, how can we know? just some things to think about

    keep truckin'

Lot of improvment in your paints in just a couple of pages! Future speed paint champion in the making I'm sure.
