I'm not crazy about the tiltede angle of that last enviro but otherwise it's a very convincing. Like the use of that rake brush for the grass. You have some neat creature designs too.

    Mr.Juicy, thank you!

walnut, ha yeah I was thinking the same about the angle at the end. maybe I was trying to hard to spice this one up. thanks a lot.

    wookie, thanks man!

    sublimus, thanks.

actually I didn't like yesterdays enviro all that much so I tried another one.
and since it's no.50 in my envirofolder I wanted to spend some more time on it. there've probably been a lot more but I have weird saving habits with some speedpaints goin in there and some landscapes from mind go into study folder... but eh, still wanted to do a big one. your crits are very welcome

Great stuff! The last digi-environment is fantastic and I really like your figures and renderings. I can't offer much in the way of a critique right now so all I can say is keep it up! Good luck with university applications man! Where are you planning on going?

zhonked, thanks a lot! I'll keep working
also I applied at universities here in germany. there aren't to many that offer illustration and aren't private and affordable. but I might get in the unis of munster and hamburg.
also passed the test of another one last week in kiel, woo!! but I can't do my thesis in illustration there. still some time to decide though.

not much to offer, haven't been home last week.
character that didn't make it past the first hour or so.

I'm loving the new slightly more cartoony/linear drawings you are doing! Especially the first two pages in post 431. Those are so much fun to look at! These new oil brushes are looking really interesting! It'd be nice to see it used a bit more sparingly in a bigger piece sometime!
