solid studies and your rendering is really getting there. Only crit I'd offer is to try and work the knowledge gained from your studies into more imagination pieces. Rock on sketcher.

hey man, sweet update, great life drawings mate!
On the self portrait, start as large as the paper. Build it up with circles etc, and probably do the chin, neck first. This will form the size of the head, and if you strat on the features, you often misjudge placement and proportions. Dont be afraid to work really loosely at first, and dont render it before you draw everything in first, Most likely you will make a small mistake, and have to erase large sections( I speak from experience)
You could push the value a bit more on a couple of these as well.
All these studies will/are peying off, and your making some big leaps.
    Keep pushing it mate!

Some great work and there is fantastic potential there. You clearly have an obsession with drawing. Nice mark making. You have the drive neccesary to make a really kick ass artist one day. Keep drawing every day.

Squash-n-Stretch - thanks alot man, I really appreciate it, and I dont really see it as an obsession with drawing per se, more like an obsession with being good, or learning something new, Im not sure if I enjoy drawing as much as some people around here do... atleast not at the moment... cheers man

Pesmerga - thanks, I feel pretty confident with drawing hands from life, but when it comes to drawing them from imagination I have absolutely no clue at what im doing

Heres more random sketches from my head for today, need to find something worthwhile to study soon, my lack of imagination is killing me D:

Um yeah...Im the one in need of motivation. THanks!

Looking good, having fun and improving along the way. Now get around to actually finishing something every once in a while. Also draw bigger.
In your figures you ought to pay more attention to the fullness of the ribcage, your 3/4 views seem to have a flat chest, look closely next time youre life drawing to see what i mean.
