Crazy3dman - Thanx a lot man. That's cool! If you're familiar with my sketchbook at all, you know I can't get enough of wolvie.

BohemianChaos - Love your Name! Ha ha, thanx a lot. Style is one of my favorite things about art, I just hope eventually when you see a "Capprotti", you'll know it.

Reau - No... I like Wolvie!

    And here's my proof...

90's style, Gotta love it. Inspired by Cory Walker. LOVE his stuff, if you're not familiar google him. (superpatriot, invincible) THAT'S some hot style.

Yeah, Cory has a pretty nifty style. One thing I noticed about your work is the lack of legs. You really need to practice them. The faces have improved a lot because you practiced drawing them so much, the same will happen with the legs.

You've exposed me Jarri, and for THAT... you must die. Ha ha, you're exactly right, I'm literally working on that as we speak.

Some girls. Haven't been drawing them enough, so I did some sketches last night.

A really quick sketch from ref to get the ball rolling.

    Not finished exactly but here...

I'm pretty happy with the face, it was a "no muss no fuss" kinda thing.

And who doesn't like wolfie ?!
I sure like your wolfies. Don't really like your latest wolverine though, mayby it's the suit, but proportions seem a bit off, but it's mainly the silhouet that doesn't work.
Overall it seems you have alot of fuzzy lines.
I'd suggest trying to loosen your lines.

You have some great stuff on this page though.
Fill this sketchbook up, and bring us more of the wolf!

I can't wait to have my first book come out... *sniff* Either way, draw and post a hell of allot more and don't forget us little guys ok? So how's the Cherry Hill crew treating you these days? Still talking to Mr. Horne?

Hey Guys. Thanx a lot for the feedback. It's good to hear from ya!

Well, over the last month or so, I've been COMPLETELY engulfed in work. Which is a good thing, but I've had no time to sketch for myself. So over the last week I've been trying to squeeze in a little drawing. Boy, did I ever get rusty. I haven't been drawing girls enough, so I've been trying to re-familiarize myself with the female figure. So here it is the good the bad and the ugly.

Thanx Reau, guess I was kinda off with the guys. Hope it was just a bad phase. Here's some more...

Here's a colaboration between Reau and I at Wizard World Philly

    A work in progress...

My Girlfriend workin on her art... her eyebrows. I'm not kidding, she's the frikkin master of eyebrows. Oddly enough, because that's the part that was moving so much, I never got the chance to finish her face. Oh well, still fun.

I'm pretty happy with this sketch for a couple of reasons. 1. This is one of the two lead characters in a comic a friend and I have been working on for years. It was a real passion of ours, but since school and now now working on jobs non stop that unfortunately got pushed aside. And 2. It has the energy and life that I wish more of my drawings had. I miss these characters, so this was a lot of fun to do.

Awesome! I like the hulk, spiderman, and girlfriend study...wonderful!

How do you do your life studies? Do you just gesture them out really fast to get the shape down or do you try to take your time? The reason I pester is because when I do mine (or attempt), I always get mine walking, or sitting down turned away and at a funny angle. I tried my professor today during orientation and I couldn't get the head down....or leg persp....any tips?

Saikin - Thanx man! As far as my life studies go... with this one, since she was moving and doing her own thing, and not actually posing for me, there was no chance to take my time. What I did here was get the basic layout of her pose and position on the page, after that I tried to find the areas that weren't moving that much and quickly get the shapes and proportions correct. Then I moved on to the areas that were moving more like her head arms and sometimes back. I studied and tried to memorize these areas for a couple of seconds knowing that she would move shortly, after looking at these areas I'd try my best to capture those shapes and gestures on the page. The upper back wasn't that tough when it came to working this way, but her arms always moved after a couple of seconds so it was critical to take in as much information as I could as quickly as possible, then put that information on the page. For the most part I was able to accomplish that, but with the face she was moving WAY too much and I was only able to get the general placement and shape of her head. One thing that was kind of interesting was the shape of the arm when it was lifted, the angles it created, so I drew over the existing arm which was relaxed.

Hope that helps somewhat, I'm no pro so don't think these things are set in stone, they just happened to kind of work for me. Use a little trial and error and you'll find the method that works best for you.

Reau - Thanx dude, they were really fun to do. I was kinda in a zone at the time and I guess it shows. We were in my girlfriends parents house dog sitting in the mountains for the weekend and it was relaxing as hell. So it was a lot easier to focus. To me, the meditation drawing looks kinda like it may have been referenced, but it was drawn like that without any real fuss at all. It's pretty sweet when you're able to actually clearly visualize something in your head, and translate it to the paper. Doesn't happen too often for me.

Hey thanx a lot guys, I appreciate that!

Finally had some time to do a sketch recently, Reau pointed out an obvious problem with my last Hulk sketch, he looks bored and lifeless. Did this quick one to make up for it. Actually I think I'm gonna mess with this a little more.

maxetormer - thanx a lot man, they were both a lot of fun to do. I definitely plan on messing with that girl alittle more. THere's a lot of cool directions it could go in.

Mike - Ha ha, no doubt, already did one more beefy. Like, HULK beefy. I'll try to scan it soon.
