    Tons of progress!

You've probably heard this before but i'd suggest you check out the Bridgeman and Loomis books and do some studies, i think that would help your figure studies.

    I'm enjoying your paintings though.

Hey man, your stuff's looking good, keep doing those studies.
I can see that you've definitely progressed since the beginning of the thread; it's good to see people making such a good effort to grow and learn. It's one of the most inspirational things to me.
Are you still going through the Alla Prima book? And have you studied much Bridgman?

_^SlayeR^_, Arshes, and Jeremy . thanks for stopping in.

Here's a couple really quick small oils from life. I wanted to work on the plein air a bit more but the fog left and the flies were biting so I packed it in.

The other is a larger piece I'm working on (18 by 24 or so) that I started while in this years Illustration Master Class. Was a fabulous week of intensive learning.
Hopefully I'll get it together and finish up "Lady of the Lake"

So I watched Coros download and of course thought to paint Coro.
So don't work too small (this is 8x10) dont proceed when you know the drawing is not good enough and dont panic and yours will turn out to look more like Coro than mine.
Also a doodle and the progress of a cast drawing I started a while ago.
Getting back to it now, need to get moving! (charcoal).

Well just to show I am alive besides my presence in the discussio forums,
here is a 16 by 20 oil I recently did of a local scene.

I had been waiting for improvments for the attachment manager but you can only wait so long.
