    WorkinProg Gate Opener

This started as a sketch that i didnt like. Then i completly changed everything in it except for the head. Don't mind the sketch lines representing arms. The arms will be pointing more forward. And yes the head is a bit small.

Im really diggin the colors I've been using on this so far.

I would have to agree with Fellah. For some reason I look at that and get an image of the finished piece being that demon fella arranging storm clouds. Like a composer in an opera, except instead of beautiful music, it`s chaos and rage. Looks pretty cool.

i brighten things up just a smidge with a lil more orange, and u can see the mess i have to go in and clean up. I started to render the ribs out a bit more. I did notice the mistake i made with the angle of the pec muscles and its relation to the arms. Arrrghhh. Another thought I was thinking of those long horns like hes got sketched in or some Curled Ram horns hrrmmm any thought?

Fellah- thanks man I glad u like.

Sepulverture-I wanted the backround to be a bit abstract, Im thinking of shaping up the lower area to look more like an army, or I may go all out and render completly. And as for the music Im actually listening to alot of trumpets right now hehe.

Gotta tell you..I liked the small head. Kind of made him even more monstrous.

Overall, looks great. Looking forward to watching it develop.

This is really cool, very good style...though his face kind of looks like he ate a lemon...his mouth is all puckered up...I have to say that I liked the first head better...I really liked the horns

Colors are GORGEOUS! I did like the original head, also, and the hair in front of the face. Made him look more like a huge badass. The face combined with the hair and thick body is reminding me of Danzig I think a larger mouth and more grrrr features will help the face come along, maybe even a scream?

lol thanks guys, heress a close up of the face, i did notice the effect of puckered up too when not up close. Its actually the under lip and the shadow under it a bit too hard. Didnt highlight the top portion of the lip Ill work it out.

I was trying to get the scream effect because he was a warrior but then i thought all he's got is a cloth on, and no armor. So i'm makin him kinda like a gate opener kinda guy with an army behind him. Youll see it more in the next update.
