    Question Computer Question

    which is better for photoshop and illustrator, pc or mac? does it matter, or does it all wash out in the end? i'm looking into a desktop and just want to know what you guys know, where/how i can save money, advantages, disadvantages. thanks!!

    I don't think it matters that much. It depends what you need. If it's only for Photoshop and Illustrator (and nothing else) then I would say PC (cheaper). As you don't have any other important criteria that would be the way to go.
    It really depends for what else you need the machine. Apple's stuff is not that much supported for 3d (for ID) for example but it looks a bit better IMO. And the basics can be done with both. So it's your choice.

    In the long run, a mac is much cheaper.
    They rarely malfunction (compared to a pc), and there are *no* virus threats nor other kinds of malware.
