Would be very interested in helping out, I have experience on feature and short films, and if Australia is not to far out of the way, you can contact me at cam@harbourandsmall.com and I can forward you a resume.

Feel free to send some work my way! I'm happy with painting without getting paid - I enjoy doing it. Do you agree that more minds working on concepts the better? Even if you just send me some themes and subject matters, you'll have paintings in your inbox no strings attached. check my site

    http://mattvogt.com

if there's anyway I can contribute or help out contact me atmatt@mattvogt.com

    later,
    Matt

    Ps description sounds awesome

    Hi

I'm currently working on a British Sci-Fi film called "Kaleidocsocpe Man" from Stormrider Films Ltd, I have been lead artist for this production. I am hoping to further my career by working on major film titles, although I am a little unsure about it being unpaid. But if It was a major title and worth my time I would love to help.

I think it might be worth a check for you...

Film credits are incredibly tough to get. If I was looking for something to do to help my career and wanted to work with some extremely talented people, this job would be on top of my list.

You will be assisting with pitch artworks and illustration. Fantastic subject matter. This is not the jetsons or frostie the snowman..most the artists around here drool over the kind of imagery the writers have been working on.

PS..PUT YOUR CONTACT EMAIL IN THE THREAD. I would not normally post this in the paying section of CA but the studio and the writers on this project are worth working with.

Major studio-based, multiple Academy Award winning production company needs emergent, hungry artists for a specific project, currently in a third draft push. Participants should preferably be in the Los Angeles area, for physical meetings on the studio lot; but less important if able to iChat (Mac) or telephone. (This is the digital age...we should be able to work anywhere!) The producers will be instantly recognizable to genre fans.

Production is a potentially major budget movie, requiring a realized "I, Robot"/"Minority Report" world and hardware, and "X-Men" style creature FX.

Situation is a "crunch time" deadline, requiring several (perhaps 10 to 15) pieces of finished artwork (and/or production design) for high-level executive perusal, on or slightly after February 10th. It's a similar situation to the original "Star Wars" pitch: concept art is needed to push the project through, as the material is visually difficult for the studio to get their head around.

There's no financial remuneration at this stage, but participants will at least be able to use the production company as a credit regardless of what happens with the project. In the event the project goes forward, participants will be in a good position to advance themselves.

I just started in the art world -- work wise. I've done work for card game companies, video games, and advertisement. I always finish my work on time or before the deadline. I'd love to help with this project, I think it would be a great opporunity and I'm a quick learner.
