    I think the ammount of lines and their thickness obscure the flow and makes these two fellows look a bit too stiff.

    While Arumeo's comments apply, if I look at these as "studies" done for the purpose of learning, I think they're great. I can see that you are really trying to visualize the muscles moving, changing shape and direction, as the body moves. Good stuff!
    One thing to be aware of, is drawing lines "across the grain" (as you do on the raised bicep of the 2nd figure). There may be times when you want to cross the flow or direction of a mass with your lines, but you need to be aware of when you're doing it and why.

    Have you used reference for these sketches?

    First drawing, right leg: You should be able to see a shin bone from the knee to the ankle, once the shin bone is there adding the muscle mass is a hell of a lot easier!

    Would be curious to see the adjustment.

    Your proportions are very wrong, i suggest learing proportion correctly before you start with antomy. first learn the general relationship of everything before going into detail such as muscle
