DSG 997: Sci-Fi: AUTOPSY OF SYNTHETIC HUMAN REVEALS STRANGE INNER-WORKINGS

[ Remember the character Ash, from ALIEN? ]

[ ...Even though you could tell when it was a fake head and when it was a real head, it was still pretty damn cool to see the weird rubbery arteries, bladders, fiber optics, and milky "blood" that bubbled forth. ]

[ And who didn't look forward to the numerous reveals, in the Terminator films, of that dreamy metal endoskeleton? ]

[ These are just a couple examples of how fascinating it is to imagine peeling back the pseudo-skin and peeking at the crazy clockwork within some futuristic golem. ]

[ In today's topic, we take such techno-voyeurism and wallow in it. ]

    [ ]

It's amazing that so much work is put into making an android life like, and intergrating one into society, that one was even made into a red neck. (Maybe a faulty model) This one remained in character till the very end, when it set itself on fire playing with oil and oxygen, only till run head first into some machinery and get it's head lopped off.
