    ss PS better than using color pencils

    im not a big fan of using color pencils and i dont have acces to paints. is photo shop and a wacom a good option.

    Sure, but you need a little practice (months) to master it and be comfortable with the tools.

    Wacom, pc and photos. aren´t cheap... BTW

    how on earth can you not have access to apints but still be able to get a wcom and computer?

    jesus mix some water and mudd and you have (albeit very crude) paint.

    No medium is better than any other really, it depends on the skill of the artist. Some can make masterpieces in coloured pencil, others can butcher pixels horribly in photoshop. The real question is, does your skill level warrant spending that kind of money?
