Great improvement in this thread. I'll agree with the majority and vote for more life drawing as well. I like the stylized stuff though, keep doing that too

fishspawn: cheers, yeah i need to do some more, but ive got a lot of college art work to do atm, i will get round to some though hopefully, possiblility of a life drawing class in my town has presented itself so ill get some done in the near future with a bit of luck =]

small update, i have some other stuff to scan but not got round to it
part of my art college is on disguise, im gonna go down the superhero route, but im looking at disguise with makeup after looking at certain artists, cindy sherman, yasumasa morimura (sp?), and an americas next top model photo shoot where they were painted to look like animals, so im doing some makeup disguise
    aaaanyway...
heres some pics of me , i painted it myself

Factorzero: cheers =] i have a small update here
    wakazou: thanks

[Excuse] I havent updated in ages because i really dont have that much to update, ive been busy with essays, and research and presentation for my art exam prep work, but i do have a little bit to update. this week and next week i hope to get a lot more done, my graphics tablet is in the post , so ill try some speed paints etc =] [/excuse]

sketch- the proportions are horribleee, ive flattened the side of her face and made her head to skinny i think. plus the hair is bad, its kind of hard drawing crimped hair

hey...that leopard face paint looks really great, very nice.Artwise, the has been a huge improvement in almost everything, but you still need to keep workig on the anatomy...on the other hand, you've got very good graphic design skills.
Hope you don't mind if i use your firends pictures as reference myself

    keep sharing!

    ciao
