WOW. This is insane. I like how Red Rook sees the titan that is Dan Milligan and just give it his all. Very admirable. I think he stands a chance. Hell there are so many matches here that are just too difficult to judge!! Anderson vs Sammy?! DSIllustration vs Poshspice?! Omg. Whatever the judges conclude, I will be sad.

Sammy, thanks a lot man, but likewise, you brought the powers of the behemoth to slam me through concrete! The flow and feel of your illust is a powerful one. This is an incredibly fun battle!

    Thumbs up

They're all good, but I must say I'm impressed by DSillustration (because he's improved alot with digital media) and JasonChan because this piece got a particularly lovely style.
I regret to have missed this competition, because it seems a good exercise.

    Congrats

Steak is that Emanuelle Lewis (dude from Webster?)

Amazing piece. Dan Milligan, JChan and Sammy are among my favorites. Favorite does not indicate better as every piece is truly outstanding.

Thanks for the inspiration and effort that everyone has put into this topic, let alone the entire TDome altogether.

Kresh I made a mistake with her hand thats touching his chin. I didn't realize that at that camera angle, and the position of the hand, you can't see the fingers and the thumb is slightly hidden by the chin-which makes the hand ambigious. It was a bad call on my part, but I thought it would work because thats how a hand in that position seemed to work in reality. I looked in double mirrors a few times to see. But I see even more that just because something looks right in reality, doesn't mean it will tell the story properly or even look right to viewers.

I'm going to make corrections tonight and move the thumb so that it rests on her cheek so we see she is gently touching his face, not forcefully about to rip it off.

It's amazing how one small element can change the entire story of a picture. I feel foolish for making such an obvious mistake in story telling with that, but at least I learned this now so I can watch out for it next time. I hate making mistakes.

actually i liked the idea of the forest woman being sinister. Just make the eyes wider and the hand behind the head a little more clutching like and presto! Eh but i shouldnt be telling you what to do, its a great piece anyway. Btw her eyes look a bit crosseyed.

I feel so great! Thank you all for this beautiful art, I'm so happy to see them all together in full glory. Amazing!
    The most favorite are:
Sammy - Execution is brilliant and it's funny: be careful what you wish for.... .

Chris J. Anderson I love the execution, colors and face of the friend and her long eyelashes. He drew her so-o-o many times and still was shocked to meet her . Expression of her face is so beautiful. enchanting.

Prostate Sunrise Very funny as I see it. Something went wrong. The friend is too scary despite friendly doggy appearance and magician/s hat with a rabbit. They need to start all over again.

Nicolas The imaginative friend is hilarious. All dressed up and smiling. Hehehe, he is adorable. Love his furry tummy and body language.

Red_Rook Big friendly koala, very cool friend. Wonderful execution.

Dan Milligan I like yours the most. Very funny and and the boy got my sympathy. I'm very fond of a very truthful expression of his face in discovery moment. And i love this :"Howdy, partner'. I would die immediately . Maybe from laughing. Some ex-convict for a playmate, hehehehe.

JasonChan Very beautiful image and I love the girl's little figure very much.

Pupil Oh, this is my second favorite, really foggy, like coming from childhood memories, and this old barn and sweet creature, Wonderful. I wish it was an animal like this in nature. Wondering what it is holding in its hand? one more friend?

steak-tron OMG. It's funny as hell and scary all the same. Poor kid, what a childhood he has. Brrrrrr, more like nightmare, than a friend. Some tough kid.
    Great landscape too behind them.

DSIllustration Child is very funny looking with sweet tummy. Teddy bear looks like suicide bomber. They are having a lot of fun, apparently. Are there any adults , still breathing, capable to call 911.

Poshspice I'm shaking my head, this child is impossible to discipline, she doesn't want normal stuff and she has impeccable nerves, Nothing can be used to change her way. Execution is beautiful. I feel terrified.
