I like your latest digi work. The lighting is really nice. I think the robot may need a bit more contrast in the shadow area though.

    Last few are very nice..!

The concept on the red geyser monster is awesome!

On the last one, I think the industrial/synthetic elements of his gloves clashes with his otherwise natural, animal-like appearance. What I mean is you should either lose the gloves or add more armor/equipment-like pieces to him. Just because right now its weird to imagine this creature that seems to be completely natural and then is wearing these industrial gloves. Hard to imagine his setting.
This is totally just my opinion though, and not based around any real fact or art theory

    Hi!
Thanks for posting in my SB, its an honor!
I agree with Lohan on this last one, lose the gloves he look to cool for them. Put the gloves on some small WOW playing kid. He would love em.
I really dig his face! looks like he could kill me with his eyes. sometimes my girlfriend gives me a stare like that. I just have to leave the room, Im to afraid of girls with a strong expression.
    Nice SB man and Thanks!
    Cheers!

Wow! The latest drawings are looking great! I would prob add a bit more values on the buildings, just to define the depth more.
Those monster paints are looking fantastic! I especially love the highlights youve applied, it defines the form very well. Youve improved in the painting department!

g'day mr prophet! nice, enjoyable stuff inhere. I like the digitals the best, there's something about your soft colors that is very eyepleasing. I do not have any particular tips, you seem to be moving in a good direction. hmm, maybe you could experiment with more light in your images. the digitals inhere look a bit like you start from a purdy dark base color. more light might be something to try. anywho, good stuff, and I'll see you at the teen challenge!

I love your newer stuff, the last one shows pro-skills, nice colors and the whole thing looks tight!

Uhm one thing i noticed when i scrolled through your thread is that most your stuff have a 3/4 angle and everything is pointing to the right Comfort zone ?
    keep at it

I've just browsed through lots of your thread. Some mighty impressive stuff here Mr. Prophet!!

Some of your figure studies particularly. Your anatomy so far seems to have really helped, I am quite gealous of that life drawing you sold never mind the £100!
Some of your figure studies look more free and gestures of the people are more energetic and interesting. But in your final pieces sometimes the figure look more stiff and boring. Perhaps you could do more gesture thumbnails in preparation on something?

But i think it's great your focusing on the figure and you really seem to be coming along with it very well. And our course puts lots of emphasis on gestures and line of action so that should help alot.

I quite liked the enviroment with the tree in the center, moreso the first wip actually. Perhaps you could put in more figures in the enviroments since thats your strong point. Figures/animals in enviroments can bring it to life and add interest to the whole scene.

Can't wait till next year man, a house of PURE DRAWING.
Infact we there isn't a house at all, i just tricked you all. The plan is to make lots of drawings of what we'd like the house to look, like and stick them all together to MAKE A HOUSE.

Seriously, youve stepped up a gear! The anatomy is looking solid in the first 2 pages. Good pose studies, they'll get you far. One thing about the last drawing though, is that the figure seems to be turned to the side a bit but the feet align together.

I really like the soft edges of you stuff! In the way you paint it really reminds me of Edward Hopper...

It all has a "mysterious feeling" to it...I like that...

AHHH!! Last one is awesome. I love the cool/indigo gradient starting at the bottom left. It makes the piece. I really like the way you draw people. However, consider that her forearms and hands may be too petite for her body.

Your creatures and colors are fantastic! The style definately has a fantasy flare to them which I love. The humans are sometimes hit and miss. I'd really like to see you push and pull some of those a bit more. Some studies and anatomy works should help. I really enjoyed my browse through your SB. Keep up the great work!
