Really like the face and the boobs on this one. Well rendered. I think what you need to worry about right now is linequality. Try to draw more with your arm and less with your wrist when you're doing the initial sketch. Do long fast lines and make them right from the start. 10 marks for the contoure instead of 100. It's very hard. But try it.

last girl has good shading. has proportion/perspective problems and where the hair parts doesn't make sense. You really gotta get down and learn these things.

I like your elven warrior chick (#231, the second one), nice detail in her clothing. Proportions seem correct, anatomy as well, but one little remark though : I can't quite place it, but something about her right elbow looks 'wrong'.
Also, her left hand (the fist) may be a little too big for a female, but that's a detail...

Maybe try to think about balancing your figures so they don't look like they're about to fall over? This one looks good, she looks balanced. This one looks less good, she looks like she's about to fall over. Loomis has a chapter on this in his book Figure Drawing for All it's Worth. Check it out.

if you can and theres a mirror nearby, try doing the pose w/o straining yourself and take note of how the limbs are to avoid any unbalanced figures. I notice your ladies' legs are on the short side too. Try to keep this in mind when drawing women: high waist, wide hips, long legs. Keep it up, guy. You haven't update in 6 days!

One thing I notice is that the girl's neck and head seem to be a bit off-center. Also, her left arm may need some work.
The chest and the abdominal area look really nice though. Don't give up
