    The baba Yaga, from Hellboy

Completely inspired by the design of Mike Mignola, here is my more realistic version of The Baba Yaga.
I hope that you will appreciate.
Realized with my brushes in Photoshop 7.

Great! I love the detail and variety you put in her, but it disturbes me a bit, that dispite background and tree looking solid and nicely executed, that they look empty and boring. Some few (not too obvious) elements might have helped...
    So long...

Great image. Im a huge hellboy fan myself (not the movie).
I think the composition is a bit off though. The tree bothers me.
Also - the yellow eye. It looks a bit flat. I dont really feel the roundness of the eyeball. I know it's a little detail, but since it is a fix point in the image, I think it could do with some extra attention. It would be cool if you could make it "pop" more
But I still think overall that it's very well executed. Good job.

    Very cool, and creepy
It looks like she is at a very high altitude. Maybe you could put a mountain or something sticking up in the background?

    It looks good!
Maybe the tree is a bit off, as some people have said. That could be because it has texture, but not a clear volume. If you add another layer in top of all just for light and shadow sure this illustration will get better. Anyway, good work .

Yes indeed Lobster Johnson (or Roger, or Klaus, or ...) would be sweeeet.

I'm a huge Hellboy fan (including the movie ) and I think you did an excellent job of capturing the creepiness of this character. I think you did a particularly nice job with the wooden legs.
