Painter-IX, how to keep a canvas wet ?
I would like to know whether it's possible to keep a canvas wet ?
I used the digital water color brushes, and thought it would have problem, but still, each time I close the file the canvas get dry automatically.
How to manage the inconvenience ? Painter 8 couldn't how about painter 9 ?

Unfortunately, in Painter 8 wet Digital Watercolor paint is dried whether we want it dried or not, when the painting is saved, closed, and reopened.... even if the file is saved in Painter's native RIFF format.
That problem is fixed in Painter IX and wet Digital Watercolor paint remains wet when the painting is saved, closed, and reopened..... as long as the file is save in Painter's native RIFF format.
If the painting is saved in any other format, wet Digital Watercolor paint is automatically dried.
Happy New Year!
