This Looks Like A Good Place To Start...

Well, I guess I'll start out by saying that I am thoroughly impressed with the work I have seen here. Who would have thought there were so many talented people out there! Anyways, here is a bunch of my crap. I really don't have much time to draw (between work and the online game design course I'm taking through UAT) so some of this stuff spans more than a year.

    Alrighty here's a Bonsai Tree...

Here are a few select heads (they may get bodies later)...

Here's a cartoony scottish guy throwing a hammer...

Here are a couple quick character sketches for a game concept that never got off the ground...

(I hadn't drawn for a while and broke the cardinal rule of drawing with my sketch book flat on the table with the next guy. If you tilt your screen back, you may get a better idea of how I saw it when I was drwing it. His anatomy is way off too.)

Last but not least, this creepy lookin thing...

    Hope you like 'em!

    welcome to the forums.

I really like the guy swinging the thing and the shark. The guy smoking with the bunny slippers...that's interesting too.

The chick on the in the left with the 3 characters above near the top seems to be cross eyed. I didn't know whether you meant to do that or not. That's about all I can think of for critques right now. keep goin!

you're guessing a lot of the anatomy. note the places where you're having trouble and then do studies on how they are supposed to be

Thanks for the replies. kinnas, you are right about my anatomy, it stinks right now. I'm trying to work from references more often. I'll see what I can come up with.
