Interesting style, I enjoy the first two the most. It doesn't seem like you paid as much attention to the background in the last piece though.

Thx! The more you see of my work the more you'll notice I am not really into BG I'm very minimalist in some aspects. Thx again for the comment.

Very cool design and style.Congrats m8.

As my artist's statement explains, my work is utterly incomprehensible and is therefore full of deep significance.

    More Stuff!

Thanks to all for the comments. I didn't expect my ghoul would be more interesting than the other two guys. Here are some more character designs for you to check. Thx again for the feedback.

I LOVE your colors. Especially the orange ones. It's so good to know there are other bright color fans in the world!

I like your third the most, the Ace holder, and actually I like the background for it the most as well.

    Thanks!

Thx for the feedback! I Probably spend more time thinking of colours than actually painting and drawing these characters designs so its good to know its working somehow

These are some really simple, cartoonish characters I made quite a long time ago. Hope you like 'em!

nice. I love the one with the 'o' on his belly and the business suit man fro mthe first collection. Sometimes the flashy design work right around the character is a little too distracting to me. I'd tone it down. Like, in the very first, blue man, drawing, keep the swirls, just don't have 'em be black and white: way too much contrast. I'd say make them two very close values/hues of blue(or maybe orange?). But, that's just me.

Thanks again for all the sweet feedback!

danieligarza - I would also love to have t-shirts with these guys but I can't find a really good place to get them done. These are characters I do just for fun, during the time I should be doing homework Gracias por el comentario

untitleduser - You are actually right some of the BG desings could be toned down. With the ghoul I tried a million things for the swirls and nothing really worked like the original, I feel like the black makes the character pop out. Thanks for the critique!

Ok so here are the final words of a Dying Post my self portrait I did for an Illustration competition at my college (which I won! ) Normally I take a lot of time to name my pieces but with this one I kept the name of the PSD file (which was the first thing that comes into my mind) BEHOLD! Creative Diarrhea! ...

the last one is great except for the dead-straight on rendering of the face. just a slight tilt can add so much more information on emotion to this piece. right now it kinda is like he fell asleep doing string art. fun thread here. nice use of color. the two orange monsters are def my fav.

    keep it up

The orange ones in the middle and the first three are pretty fly. The last one is also quite nice, good composition, but just like the above poster stated, it's good you tilted the screen otherwise it would have been somewhat deflated.

Well thx again guys for the feedback. To rasdasa and ApolloNuevo I have to admit I started the pic with the slight tilt on the character (me ) but at one moment I actually tought of putting it straight... luckily I changed my mind. Thx again to everyone specially untitleduser for his critique and comments.
