Dangerous ll Mauro: Development of Concept - Update: [Oct. 24th]

    Hey guys,

I've been trying to start something like this up for over a year now. You wouldn't beleive how hard it is to find people who actually do what they say they will.

DangerousLLama and myself got together and i pitched the idea of working on this project in our 'free time' during the semester. The initial idea was a city by the sea, some sort of structure built into the rockface. At first it was a very vauge idea so the inital results are pretty varied, exploratory and um....vauge. We then set down more concrete guidelines and refined the vision of the project, and expanded our little city into something greater.

Over the next few months(or more) we will be exploring and illustrating this world as best we can, at this point in time, given the the time restrictions, skill level........and our current mental states (need sleep )

So enjoy this humble journey of two, first-term ArtCenter Students. We will try to make it as interesting as possible. We are keeping everything very loose at the moment, just exploring different ideas right now. We will be moving into interiors, characters, vehicles, props, etc. in the coming months.

    Expect weekly updates.

    Sincerely,
    Ben and LLama

    so.....week 1 exploration.

Go Ben! I agree with the rest of these guys, are you going to take some these further or are they just staying quick sketches? Made me think of Waterworld a little bit and the Wizard of Earthsea.
