I always find it kind of strange if some one is using digital media for lifedrawing but that s just a personal thing.
but I can suggest some things: looks like you used the same brush size all the time. try to use a big/huge brush at the beginning to block in the whole figure. when you do that, think about the surfaces which create the figure, think about the construction. don't worry about details. squint your eyes to see the main surfaces/areas better.

thanks guys! i hope i posted this correctly, i feel the resolustion may be a bit low, sorry for that. this is mostly work from my past semester at syracuse university, i've been studying with Jerome Witkin, if u haven't heard his name you should look him up, he's really amainzg. i have some older stuff i'm gonna post soon, as well as other stuff besides live nudes. any comments are welcome, and appreciated.

Reason: i thought the pictures were of low pixel dimenstions
People wake up and have a bad day and don’t put any lines down that are worth it. It’s very reinvigorating to take a day off and realize there’s nothing you can screw up in your drawing, there’s nothing to fear but your own laziness. –Marko Djurdjevic facelessvision.wordpress.com
Wow, everyone's studies are so good. I haven't had the luck to find a cheap figure drawing class nearby yet, so I ask relatives and friends to pose for me as naked as they're comfortable with, ehe.
Some of the results:
Just got done with the first day of gesture drawings at school today. I did about 100 poses total, from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. I feel these are some of the only good ones that came out of it (The first one just as a reference). But I'm really happy, I saw immediate improvement even though I've hardly done this before.
If anyone can offer any critique I'd really appreciate it. I see in the 5th one that his legs are kind of stumpy.
I am so amazed by all of you! I actually looked through the entire thread, and I just can't believe the quality of work here. I have never drawn from life before, mostly because I've been drawing manga for so long... without any assistance from others. Also, I tend to draw the whole character without any posing with lines and circles. As you can probably imagine, I end up with a lot of characters standing in the exact same pose. XD
I'm really interested in taking some life drawing classes now. When I do, I'll try to post some of my work here (assuming I'm not horribly embarrassed by it).
nice, intern.. looks like the watts training is really kicking in.. start working more in the light side of the form, but still keeping the the overall relationship of light to dark.. not easy, but its the next level for you..
Great post! It's very nice and userful. Thank you so much for your post.
great stuff guys, ive a question do any of you know of some site where there are pictures that one could draw from? I live in an extremely rural town where not much of nething to do with art happens, and go to an art school where nothing traditional happens, and the only place id know to get nude photos is some pornographic site.. which.. yea no.. haha thanks guys i appreciate it great studies!
