Thanks for posting your pencil pages! Keep posting pencil sketches, please! Hope the next 13 Sketchbook pages will show your fast grown skills also with that huge amount of levels like the 13 before!

Thank you guys so much for your kind comments. I have been trying to learn to draw gestures and the whole figure without ref. This is something that is really hard for me for some reason. This is really frustrating at time. Maybe someday I'll be posting them but for now they're just too shit to deal with.
Something a few months old.

Nice to see an update. Drawing the figure from head is extremely hard for me too. It really gets to me because basically 90% I've done during these 3 years is thousands of pages of figure and anatomy studies. I can sort of draw gestures, heads and hands but overall anatomy just doesn't come to me at all. I'm afraid I have another 3 years before I can call my invented figures good. Sigh.
Edit: I think drawing people outside has helped my gestures most. I have nine A5 sketchbooks full of these quick life studies. They are mostly sitting poses though, since I draw people waiting the train/bus at the station.

Loathsome Thanks man. I will.
That fat kid Been waiting for this resurrection of yours. Background? Space? No, you're wrong. No such things exist. Will have to start taking those points into consideration in the future. It's just so hard!!! Good to have you back my friend.
Just one study page from yesterday. Soft shit.

great work, especially your faces and hands! those are the things most people consider the hardest, and the most important in most drawings
I do feel you have a tendency to draw legs too short tho... it happens in a lot of your full-body studies, but especially that bodybuilder in #363

Daaaamn man, really nice stuff. Posts 354, and 363 are ridiculous, it looks like you had a sudden jump forward in your skill with value on those ones. How long did they take you? Also, all of your pencils/lines are looking really nice, I really like the look of them. It'd be cool if you did more imaginative work to see what you put out, and really apply all that great anatomy and value knowledge from your studies.
Really great stuff man, great effort. If I embrace you long enough will I absorb any of your skill?

Thanks guys for the kind words and advice.
Untouched24 Thanks for popping by. If I don't lie much I'd say they probably took me about 6 hours or something. Could have done them a lot faster but I have not yet developed a good way to do studies. I just fuck around much and hope in the end the painting will look decent. Imaginative stuff will be coming maybe in the future but it still such a huge pile of shit that I really don't want to post it.
Just one. Girls this time for the sake of my sb not becoming all gay.

A painting for Cghub Disney redesign challenge. This is actually the first no ref painting I've finished so for and I'm quite proud of that. The painting is not that good though. There would be so much to fix.
