    Yeah, the migraine one was striking, but the cancer image was just plain fascinating.

    You'd probably those National Geographic paperbacks they've been putting out lately. Things like 100 greatest wildlife photos, 100 greatest science photographs etc.

    They have highspeed images of a bullet piercing through an apple.


    And of of course, my personal favorite. was the one of a half-sheared sheep. I guess they had to use multiple subjects for the photo before finding one that wouldn't tip over.

    very cool.

    Reminds me of a book I picked up last year called Heaven and Earth - it's a series of photos that goes from microscopic to what you can see with the naked eye to photography of galaxy distribution and pretty well all points inbetween. Cool stuff.

    thanks for posting that....Those were some amazing photos.
    I used to suffer from chronic migraines (very seldom now fortunately) and I can tell you I didn't feel like painting a barn - I was pretty incapacitated by them - I don't know how that guy was able to produce anything
