Looking at the fall lineup, I think there are going to be some good comedies on network tv this fall. "My Name is Earl" was suprisingly funny. "The Office" is hilarious and so true. I'm looking forward to watching "Head Cases" too. Any other suggestions?

The funniest thing I have seen is the British version of the OFFICE...it may even be funnier than Curb your Enthusiasm...watching these two shows is like watching a car accident in slow-motion..its unbearable at times...Originally Posted by hayeske
Tried watching the US version but it just wasn't gonna happen - I had decided beforehand that it wasn't even going to come close to the original.
Other than those..the only thing I can stand on TV is Conan O'brian...that's if I can stay awake...

I'm glad to hear The Office is drawing the crowds in the states. It was the 'must see' show over here a couple of years ago. Ricky Gervais (Brent) has gone on to make another great show that's recently finished its run over here, called Extras. With Samuel L Jackson, Ben Stiller, Kate Winslett and Patrick Stewart on the cast list, playing themselves, its got to be worth a look.
I also wouldn't be able to live with myself if I didn't introduce you to Peep Show. Not what it seems, I assure you. It's one of the best British comedies of the last ten years. And the first series is on DVD too. Priceless.
Nice, nice. I'm glad there's AD views on here, and across the sea no less! How did you feel about the Wee Britain bit from this last episode? FOR BRITISH EYES ONLY! heheOriginally Posted by Summer Pudding
While the first season already ended, "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia" on FX, rocks my face so incredibly hard.
