Hey man, glad to see you've started a DSB.
You have skills man, that pastel portrait is looking sweet, how long does it take you?
The anatomy in the first page is great.
Hope to see more of your sketches.
    Cheers

nice to see you on sketchbooks ...finally!

man you got some nice stuff here good sense of lighting some imagination some life ref good good!

nice nice stuff... it's time take it up a notch give that orc an envirement to play in maybe inhance the shadows and highlights to suggest a focal point. get a flow going yno... check somma da shadows on the first sketch night piece esp. around the ear and lower jaw jus to give it some POP! ...but really if you don't it still looks HOT!

    keep it going man!

Diego - the pastel took me 2 and a half days. Thanks for the good words

Arghmisfit - yeah, you kept pushing me for a sketchthread. Thanks! heheh

A critique! Woo! I'll be sure to add in some environments later! Yeah, I need to make that ear on the first orc appear as if its coming outwards from the head, instead of being pasted on. Thanks

Thank you, my first batch of comment'ers!

Great pastels. Very rarely do I see pastel work that looks so interesting and yours is interesting. With the built up colors, there is a lot going on in that face.

nice to see you having a sketchbook den. looks pretty badass. Right now the only crit is improving on your pencil skills. Sure it looks good, but it can be better. The color pieces are tasty

ya, waht's up with the lack of art. All the SVA kids are shaking in their boots about how hard they have to work to school you and here we have nothing to compare. Gonna be tough to win the challenge without visuals.
