    -killingpeople: awesome!

-vulti: habs dir ja schon auf decoy verklickert wie sehr ich deinen strich mag.

-danomight: first, i would suggest you, to paint some hard, clean lines, to figure out where the light comes from and build up the shadows.

    ~20min ps.

jens - alrighty skull studies it shall be to revisit anatomy, i have been so busy with product design lately that i have been neglecting my anatomy studies for sometime i am glad you called me out on it

hmm for your stuff, i think even though they are quick and such you should still try to get your proportions down better, you have alot of varieations between alot of these. i think that would help alot to make the more consistent and look more like you everytime, unless you are doing caricatures.

Hugh JaZZ - i think you should try to work on your layings of the head and do plane studies/skull studies.

Skuli - i think you are in the same boat as me where you should study the skull and not worry about trying to paint the head and try drawing it, get the planes of the face. use perspective and plumb lines to figure out where your features go after you get the basic shape and proportions of your head as whole. features always come last.

Today is my birthday, I'm 29 now. Although I wish it would have been sooner, I managed to change careers from software programmer to illustration and I've realized that I've never been so happy in my life as I am now. The internet forums, mainly conceptart and the so called golden days of sijun, have had a major impact to me, and I have to be thankful to them for helping me discover myself. Thanks CA.org!

I'm big into caricature - makes one think quite a bit, like a complex math equasion (nerd alert).

Anyway, here's a somewhat recent and very unfinished piece. I'll work out some more non-exaggerated pieces soon.

Here's a self portrait of mine. It's actually about a year old, but I just joined here, so...

This drawing is actually unusually good for me. I got lucky. :-P
I look forward to the day when I can consistently draw that well.
