    Arrow QUICK NEED HELP PLEASE!! Website setup! :)

    Ok im signing up for doteasy.coms website package and im think of going for the basic setup for zero dollers a month. Would i be able to have my own forum for this...heres the things each package allows...i cant understand some of it. Please help me out somebody!

    You are asking if you can set up a forum on that site?

    The answer is no.

    There is no PHP or CGI, the scripting languages that would be required.

    There is no MySQL, the database that would be required.

    And a forum would quickly consume more than 100 MB storage and 1 GB monthly bandwidth.

    So that plan would be no good for your needs. Are there any other ones? Post them...

    But ideally you are looking for a plan with PHP/CGI and MySQL, that should be enough to get the ball rolling on some basic forum software.

    Such as Vanilla!

    Yes that would be sufficient.

    Though that whole 'billing term 12 months' thing is kind of weird. I can't figure out if that means they want a year up front or if you have to commit to pay 12 months regardless.

    The Omega Project...check the game design forum on this site...we want a base for operations and discussions. but it will have to wait i guess.
