    Strength Training Anatomy

I was at my Uncle's place and started flippng through this book that he had sitting there, "Strength Training Anatomy" It is a wicked book. It is for learning to do exercises, but the illustrations are amazing for studying anatomy. There are many different poses and lots of different angles, and the muscles are very defined. check it out if you are looking for something to help with anatomy, I am picking this one up for sure.

    Check it out

I actually started working out originally because I was my own model, and I was too damn skinny. Understanding how the body works at a mechanical level gives you another set of toys to play with in art work.

Did you see that the author (World champion in culturism too I think ?) is also the artist ? I thought that was pretty damn cool.
For francophones out there ; original print is in french.

I didn't notice that he was also the artist, but that is pretty cool. the illustrations really are very nice. They are very clean and precise which makes them great to study from. I can't wait to get it, I'm just waiting for a Chapters gift certificate that should be coming in the next couple days.
