i love how your digital paints looks so traditional like. i don't know exactly why but it's got this gouache quality all over it. you got experience with them that is showing through or something?

again, great colours and shapes man. love it.

    tytseng: Thanks a lot, mate!

    Dabaers: Thank you very much!

    ShaunLey: Thx

Nivec: Of course I remember you! I was just in your sketchbook...you made some great progress, man. Keep practicing

    mosh: Thanks a lot!

tensai: It's funny that you recognize this gouache look! You are not the first one who tells me that. But I've never used any traditional medium (except pencils of course). I definately want to try it out! Thanks for stopping by.

    Mirandopolis: Birdcade District

Ahh it's been such a long time! Thanks a lot for the comments guys! I appreciate it!
I haven't done that much lately and the little stuff I've done was for clients and I can't show the pics Anyway, here is a new one. I painted it for an upcoming exhibition. Here's the description:

Birdcage is the name of the disctrict where the rich and famous people of Mirandopolis preferably spend their free time. A colossal cupola covers the countless shopping centers, bars, discos, but also apartments and office buildings and makes this part of the city a popular destination for both citizens and tourists. Everybody wants to live there and be a part of this trendy area. No wonder the prices for accommodations have exploded over the last few years. So, please check your financial situation before you plan a trip there. ;-)
    Enjoy your stay!

Wonderful update. The colour for it seems extremely well suited, but I'm not even sure why... kind of like a solar dome type environment. Great update! Good to see a fresh post from you, keep them coming please!

This is a view of Mirandopolis mainstation. It's situated in the heart of Mirandopolis and acts as an important hub for arriving tourists. A complicated network of escalators brings travellers to their desired train platform. Sometimes these platforms are over 100feet above ground. The orange high speed trains are characteristic for Mirandopolis. They are supplied with 100% CO2 neutral electricity which is gained directly in the trainstation with the help of a huge plant system.
At the bottom of the picture is the waiting area where people can rest, have an icecream or simply enjoy the spectacular architecture.
    Enjoy your visit!

This is my entry for the Blizzon Fanart Contest. It shows Zeratul (a Protoss character from Starcraft 2) in front of a newly established base in Agria Valley.
I haven't won a prize but I hope you like it anyways!

This one is a quick sketch of a man with his two dogs. I played around with min's brushes which was very fun! The scene is inspired from the place I currently live in Switzerland.
    Hope you like it!

    OR SUIT "I'M HOT"
    80% latex-free. 100% sterile.

This is my contribution for a nicer working atmosphere in the operating room. Everybody who has ever been to an OR knows what normal clothes look like... they suck! Especially when girls wear them all the nice form of their bodies is destroyed.
