    Yeah! what hurri said!

Looking good on those speedos, say, where you featured in ImagineFX a few numbers back?
I see some M@ influences here and there, looking cool anyway, hope for progression

purb36: hey, sorry for not answering earlier!! thank you very much for the feedback! Yes, I know what you mean. Thanks for pointing it out!! I live in a city called Zug. It's between Zurich and Lucerne. Have you ever been to Switzerland? Weather sucks at the moment...

hurricane: thanks a lot, mate! Love your stuff, too! Your sketchbook is such an inspiration.

Wasker: Thanks! Yeah, I was in ImagineFX (October issue I think). Have you seen it? Cool... Yes, I like M@'s works! I think my biggest inspiration is Craig Mullins.

Min: Thank you my friend! Damn, it's been such a long time! Hope to be more active here and at our cosy board

matejkovacic: I almost never use direct reference (except for textures sometimes). But it's possible that I watch a movie and then I'm inspired and paint something the next day.

Ryan DeMita: Thanks, man! Your stuff is cool, too.

"Today is National Day in the country of Mirandopolis.
It's an ancient tradition that all the citizens assemble in the Stadium of Mirandopolis to watch how a huge statue of the patron saint 'Miranda' is burnt.
One says that the flames of Miranda give protection to the whole country. That's why all the families take their candles to the stadium and light them with Miranda's fire."

Wow, I admire your environments. May I ask you, how do you get this nice mountain texture?

tensai: thanks man! I feel honoured...

    Call0ps: thank you!

Wasker: Yeah, love his pics... thx!

    inouye: cheers!

Troll Skelking: I just use this organic looking PS brush (the one with the tentacles). Then I set scattering on an paint on a new layer set to soft light. Then you just have to play with the opacity...

e-moo: Thank you! Glad to be inspiring.

george&guo: Thanks a lot! I try my best but I'm just so busy these days...

    Xdreamer: Cheers!

These environments have such a terrific feeling of atmosphere and depth. And you seem to keep it so simple, not easy I'm sure, but simple. Very nicely done.

"The National Institute of Wild Animals Mirandopolis (NIWAM) is responsible for the exploration of unkown species in the country. Its complicated architecture as well as the high-tech equipment makes this building unique and attracts people from all over the world. Especially the internal zoo with over hundred of wild animals is a popular tourist attraction.
This picture shows the entrance hall of the laboratory which is only a tiny part of this colossal complex."

    Hope you like it, guys!
