    Lukavi!!!!
thank for the comments, I apriciate it a lot
man you are more right than you think, I jump around way to much
because I still feel new to painting, I chalange myself with differant styles
I was a very anime/manga styled person as you can see from the begining I try to break away to be better so when i take a step back to anime I am far better then before
haha I never stick to one thing, I see all these artists I admire and want to be like and i change to adapt....

    damb, boy,,,,

    You are a busy one,,,

I am really impressed with the range of subject matter and style that you are tackling all at the same time.....This is a great aproach......Of all the things I have seen so far in this SB,,,I think that the vector looking line peices and simpler color ups are my favs.... Also the portrait in painter,,,nice, strong look to it.. Nice motorcycles too,,,I have a 919 honda naked racer,,, it is sweet!!!! I jerked it up to 165 mph yesterday!!!

    anyway....

I just have a couple of crits ......don't mind me,,it is my lil' prob....hehe'''

The pic of you in the dark robe,,,,I would avoid using the circular gradient tool set to color dodge to establish a lightsource behind the character in the second version,,,,The reason I say this is, why not use a brush and make it look more real???? I guess it would be okay to selectively lighten areas in this way,,,but it would work better if there was a modulated ground that you were doing it to, and not a flat grey sort of BG,,,just my taste talking there, but I think it is good advice...

you could look for a more hard edge in your digital landscapes to compliment the soft and layered look of the horizontal brushstrokes, also more varriation in the size and direction of the marks would be a big help..

The pen drawings of soldiers and the others that you are doing from a photo reff are looking great.....I think if you were to try and do some of those in lead,,,,,you could have a little more slack in the system, as lead is more forgiving....just draw with the same surity and you will be happy with the results!

I could say more but that would be scary,,,,so I will wait for the next installment!!!

    keep on peelin' out, man

    cheers..

Hey, cool stuff you have here!
Great studies of people and vehicles.
I also like the color you chose, except on Gary Bedell's redesign, if you put some more desaturated colors in some areas could help.

    Cheers man!
