Those have been floating the web for a while and are hillarious, but (while it's off subject matter, it's not worth its own thread), I saw this being carried onto the plane a couple weeks ago. For all those trying to get into doing book cover art, here's the bar:
    World's Worst Album Covers

I'd hate to see what this publisher is doing for the authors who aren't National Bestsellers.

I seen stuff like that used commercially sometimes. It's a great way to earn money for complete retards.

I need an illustration for this bestselling book. I heard you have a "fresh" and "young" style?
-Dodge and burn! DODGE AND BURRRN!
So, do you think you could do it for, uhm, 20 Dollars?
-DODGE AND BURN!!!!! DODGE AND BURRRRRN!!!!

This is more like a CG nightmare...

    World's Worst Album Covers
-The character on the far right looking out of the picture appears to have a broken neck
-The White dog is standing on the snake underneath it
-The baby's foot is cutting into the dog
-The character doing a backflip on the left of Eddie has a dislocated shoulder, his left hand is also against his right arm instead of on the floor
-The small child character at the front on the left is standing on the other characters foot (Bad inserting?)
-The backflipping character's right leg is dislocated

Hehehe, I picked up a book full of bad album covers (most of these ones were in there) a month or two ago. Pretty entertaining.

Anyone have a picture of that DJ Swamp CD from the SF workshop? We had a lot of laughs over how bad that one was.

Great thread. Every few minutes I think of Ken and laugh. It's brought me a lot of joy.

Oh, and here's a link to a site devoted to bad album covers:
