    Brush Pens

    anybody work with a brush pen? how is it? can you post up some examples of work you've produced with this thing?

    those are more like pointed felt tip markers.. not really brush pens in the traditional sense..

    i love brush pens but i always lose them in like 3 months.. people outside the u.s. are fortunate that they can find brush pens easier than us in the states..

    the infamous kaimei brush pen..this one is made with real sable hair:

    my favorite one ive used, soft synthetic bristles:

    the so-called aqua pen, its meant for water, but what i did was fill mine with higgins india ink.. maybe i'll try pelikan ink net time or acrylic ink nxt time..

    aaaah yes i saw those aqua pens once in art class....people were squirting water at each other, and ive always wondered what they were for/called...i was thinking about filling them with ink and drawing too....anybody use that before?

    and it works great too.. you have to start it off by running it across a wet paper towel first though
