Hey, There's some pretty good stuff in here. Especially nearing the end. I'm not sure what you want... the robot at the bottom is nicely done. Any more male drawings? You said you needed help in those areas.J. Christopher Schmidt

Hey hey you have some interesting stuff. The last girl's right arm looks too short, because of the angle of the shoulder and where the middle of the arm comes just under her breast. The way she holds her sword it seems as though it should be at an angle and not quite as strait on as it is. The cloth hanging down from her pelvis is at a good angle but the frilly cloth appears flat. The gun in her left hand is not bad but check out the reference section under Photography in the forums there is a nice selection of gun references (ill say this to everyone, guns have anatomy too ) The chick with the staff is rather nice no critical eye at first or second glance. Enjoy your stay at concept art.

Actually, I just think the last chicks head is a little too big. Hope you post more soon!

ArtisticSchmidt I made her a tiny Asian girl, so her head would naturally appear to be larger. I'm 5'0", and my head looks kinda big I swear it was intentional!!
sly's hand Yup. I suck at guns and will check that reference section out.
Wait'll you see this sucky gun. It's not a raygun, it's a gaygun! Hahah, get it? Er. Um. Nevermind. I'll head to the reference section. Now...
And, here's a chick I might paint to complement my other chick painting I just did here.

Interesting concepts, but I'd definitely recommend studying the basics and foundation before the design work, since the foundation will give you the best...foundation from which to present your ideas.
If there are hundreds of thousands of dollars riding on it, believe me firm understanding of the basics and ability to render are huge assets, since you are basically presenting to non-art type investors who want to see something virtually tanglible before they proceed.

Hey there, you have some really cool designs. Your proportions and anatomy are pretty good (I can atleast tell you've studied them somewhat!) Just keep working on them. If everything had better construction and better draughtmanship, your designs would really be the shit!

I like your stuff a lot, ursula! Your work has a great style too it - mostly goth, but somehow cheery at the same time.... wow, never mind - don't ask where i got that idea... i guess cuz it's early in the morn or something? anyway - you're style! yes! that's right - it's great, and it makes me jealous of you, which in turn makes me want to draw, which (hopefully) will make me better - so keep up the good work, so i can keep getting better! lol!

May 18 2006 Update
Hello, all. I always forget to scan my sketches just because there are so many. Here are several from January until now. I still have another series to scan, but I'll get around to it another day.
From a Victoria's Secret catalog pose, here's a chick who's angry because she has a short leg and whips herself.
Before getting my wisdom teeth out, I felt like this:
I was scared while in the waiting room to get my teeth out, so I sketched this guy again:
She looks good with a goatee for some reason:

Thanks, groove. Yeah, I'm having fun with swingin' hips these days. Finally starting to have fun with hips & legs and lower body.
Gonna throw my other stuff from some other thread I did in here too, just so it's all in one space. These are sorta recent, but not as recent. Or maybe they are. I dunno. Some of ya may have seen them, too.
