yeah timpaatkins I usually spend about 10-15 minutes on the sketch and then another 10-12 minutes coloring it. I find that if you keep your hand quick and loose you get exactly what your trying to portay as appose to spending too much time on one erea of detail.

noshadowmaster, VERY cool thread i've stumbled upon. The style's very distinct, very cool. The work with ink is great. Funny thing I noticed, the sketch of the sad looking monster with no legs/bigger arms sort of resembles one i've got in my book. Cool 3D stuff too; always nice to see artists that are well rounded.

Awesome rendering in your pen and pencil drawings. It seems that you tend to be very angular with your figures and your compositions and I think it works out great, nothing is ever static or boring to look at. Cool sketches.

Cool stuff you've got here. What program do you use with your 3d? Zbrush? I will certainly keep following your progress with that monsterthingy.

You've got a crazy style there kinda reminds me of shattered glass the way you work in the muscle structure and the straps/layered clothes, makes for a really compelling image though. Love the guy crouching on the wall and the wraiths face is awesome.

JW on the models, are you using turtle skin as a ref?
