Interesting line studies, they work really well (especially the elephant ones, I like those the most). Cool!

Where do you people find these mystical brown paper sketchbooks? I must acquire one

Cool lines in the sketches. Its hard to make stuff look so good with so few strokes, but you did it.

A carnivoures animal with hooves? At what speed?

I just made a quick browse thru yer SB. REALLY impressing variety of styles. And I mean REALLY impressing. The architectural sketches are a blast. Personally I l*ve the line sketches. Almost surreal reality sketches. That´s great stuff. Art that is. I´ll be back. 8)

    Nice

Really nice studies bro. I really like alot of the digital studies you're doing. One of my favorites is the robot/ highlight study and the sumo wrestling match. Its all very good. I read earlier that den posted something about you going to art center or ccad. Which one did you choose? I lived in columbus and went to saturday morning classes at ccad and I have alot of freinds there but I ended up at UC for industrial design. CCAD is a great school, lots of good people there. Anyway, keep up the work.

    Matt: your never on MSN!

Ryan DeMita: I applied for art center but I didnt get nearly as much finacial aid as I hoped for. I'm going to apply for CCAD next but most likely I'l apply for a concept art job because I just don't have the funds to go to school right now.

I really like how your using the toned paper, very cool stuff~* Animal gestures/industrial sketches are great, my only crit would be that your digital stuff doesn't have the same feel as your sketches (*not bad), I would just like to see more of that great linework that defines and follows your forms so well digitally~* Keep it up~*

    heya chris!
great work man, i admire your work ethic and enthusiasm towards studies and so on. Your light experiments look great.
The last 2 faces are cool, however Id like to see you spend a little more time on each one, refining and so on... the could come out really great
    all the best.
