    Shading, I don't see much shading. I only see the blurred area around the lines, and they really don't work out. Don't rely on photoshop to do the shading and lighting for you, pick up the brush and try to shade it yourself. Even the worst shading you do is better than the filtered effects generated by a software (unless it's 3D).

    The line art is interesting, has a distorted cartoon style to it. Although if it's not the style you are going for, i'd suggest to try some realism studies, do some practice with referrences on either photo or real life.

    Good cartoon very bright colors. I would drop the color intensity of this. The poor guy getting zapped has a very funny expression on his skull. it may be the missing eye. The last guy way in the back and to the viewers right doesn't look scared he looks like he is enjoying the show.
