I see no one replied for ya. Let's see... If you like to draw just keep doing it. I think that these are hard to crit. There isn't a whole lot to them. That doesn't make them bad it just doesn't give us much of a feel for what you do.
Post more stuff.
The first one is a cartoony monster and the second is a manga character. For the second one, the sleeves just kind of stop around his elbows. Make that go up to his armpit. Just practice anatomy and draw more crazy monsters.

I see the dreaded elipse problem on the snout and ... snoutring on the first drawing.
The ... snoutmonster has his head turned at an angle however his snout and snoutring seem to be directly facing us, or flat 2D.
Your snout and snout ring are pretty close to circles, however they should be elipses, closer to an oval.
I'm not even close to smart enough to begin to teach you these things, but try checking out a drawing book from your library or something and look for a section on elipses.
Keep it up, it's good to see that you're able to take crits openly.
Oh, silly drawing or not you can still learn from them. So don't take it as a knock on your drawing. We're just here to help.

You need to learn proper proportions if you are going to keep drawing anime. Otherwise, you will be drawing the same mistakes for a long time.
On your latest, the arms are too short, the neck (unseen) is too long for the placement of the head, and the gun looks like a symbol for a gun, not a gun.
Go here and read up on some of the basic tutorials.
We've now seen your manga sketches, post more when you've improved on them. Do you draw anything from Life? Reference pictures, sketchbook in the commons area, anything like that?

You must understand that the law and mouth lvl of his head are covered by his high collar so the neck should be just right underneeth, the arms are wrong indeed, i understand that
my drawings skills are quite moderate, i said that before, and i suck at anatomy
but no offense
this topic is meant to be critisized
I'm not really drawing things from life.. I should do that more often... it would be perfect training
