    Wasp Leaving for three months...

    Hey everyone.

In about a week or so, I'll be leaving for a while, or at least till I get myself situated into a dorm on campus in september. I will not have internet access and my computer will probably be packed up into storage with nearly everything else I own. I doubt I'd want to paint much anyway with my wrist pains that only occur on that stupid, tiny fucking graphire. Things are pretty shitty right now for me and I got a ton of stuff to sort out anyway.

I hate thinking about all the insanely cool stuff I'll be missing here. I've enjoyed every bit of it.

    Later all.
    -Noel

You'll be drawing a lot so you can show us when you get back!

We'll save this spot for you. Good luck.

A good time to learn to draw with your other hand imo .

    Good luck.

Thanks for the send off guys. I have no doubt that I'll have a lot of time on my hands to spend drawing. I'll be up in the boondocks living with my parents for a couple months. After that its back to Portland. Hopefully in he meantime, I can scare up summer work so I can save up for an 9X12 Intuos.

What a good reason to learn drawing with your left (or maybe right) hand!

Haha, but really, hope you'll be on again asap, you're one of the persons that are just an essential part of what conceptart.org as a whole is. I'll draw some aliens while you're gone.

Hope your wrist recovers during the time period.

Take care, Noel. We'll keep a thread warm for ya til you're back.

Even if you're not going to draw, look at things as if you were. Think about how you'd capture that twist of the neck, that subtle smile.
    It freaks people out.

Thanks all. Looks like I'll be heading out on Saturday. And it looks like this wrist thing will clear itself up over couple weeks of resting it and doing some weird excercises I was told to do. Off to the Maine wilderness for the summer. I'll be sure to draw my ass off.

    It's been awesome, everyone.

Oh yeah. I've decided to only work part time. I found a job as a meat clerk at a grocery store. Because student loans are covering most of my tuition, it looks like I'll be able to make a bit of spending money too. My plans are to finally retire this Graphire 1, and aquire this beast!
