Hello Fantastic Voyage, Goodbye Fried Green Tomatoes

I first must say how elated I am to find an online community that will not only give me great joy to interact with, but also help me grow as an artist. While I'm neither classically trained as a concept artist, nor think I will go that route with my design-work, I am excited to interact with such a talented group of folks. First off a little professional/educational information:

I'm a sophomore in Graphic Design at ISU and I have been doing mainly digital work for about seven years, (photoshop, web.) I make my living as a web designer, doing basic remedial stuff that isn't very fun or creative, though I do enjoy some of it.

With my studies I have recently been enveloped in physical work, and the finer side of art, which has not only opened my eyes to another world of art-making, but also a different process. My most recent work with digital can be seen here and perhaps is more interesting process wise than aestetically... I'm excited to exchange discussion on the possibilities of past, present and future art movements, and perhaps something horribly positive will come from all of this.

Most of my earlier digital/experimental work can be seen here.
