I bought a dummy today, so I'm going to try to make some more studies. I really need to draw more!

    First study I did - May 9th:

Like the one in the top. Hate the one in the middle. Bottom one is ok.
    Drawn from photo's btw.

    Hi there.
A lot of different styles going on here, which is cool - but makes it a little confusing. Its hard to see what you want to do with your stuff and that makes it a bit hard to comment or crit. Its good that you bought a dummy- do tons of studies, work a lot from refs - that stuff is fun and you learn a lot fast!
The photo looks nice. Try posting it in the photosection and get some comments there. Maybe you already have?
    Good luck!

Thnx for your comment Fellah! I know, I haven't found my own style yet, still working on that. I'm not capable of what I would really want yet.

I'm in a busy period right now, but I will draw more in summerbreak.

I posted a few photo's in there, didn't get (much) respond (1 or 2) so I'll just post it here .

Thing I did thursday (May 12th), it's the cover for an Art Excursion Ordner.

The second cat drawing is pretty good. I like some of the other work too, but because some of the others are cartoony I am having a harder time getting into them.

    Keep working!

    @ ttia: thnx

Why is everyone (just two persons, but hey) having problems commenting on my pics. Is my style or non-style so weird, or just because it is non-realistic?

may 23rd someone at a fantasyforum asked if the members could design a pic of a pegasus, he could use for a casemod. I had a try with it, this afternoon. I have two versions, don't know which one I like the most yet.

    C&C is very welcome!!!

Used a photo of myself. My eyes were kind of red, was tired. First serious eye in Photoshop (Didn't shrink it down btw, made it like this).

May 23rd DSG - The weird eye, up-close

I enjoy the sketches of the cats and kittens, I would like to see more drawings from life and the human figure.

Keep drawing and it will all come to you.

May 30th - Der Geier KAFKA
A story spoken of in German Literature Class. Kafka's stories are all very surreal. This one is about a man that doesn't care, that a vulture is eating him alive. I tried to give it a depressed feel. Did I succeed?

    Hoi Wishes,

Dan moeten wij Nederlanders elkaar maar een handje helpen...
Buiten het feit dat hier een hoop gefrusteerde gastjes rondhangen, die alleen maar asses kissen

Anywayz, it's cool to see you're in to so many different things, but then again I think that is the main reason people aren't posting here. It's hard to crit anything, because you can't really look at your development on acertain area.
Try filling up your new dummy with ref studies ( when I was younger I always hated to do these, but trust me on this one) and post these, my guess is that crits will follow...... at least I'll be watching you.

    Good luck!

Thanx Darolan, I will (really ), But right now I'm a little bit too busy. I just make this stuff in my breaks, while learning .

When I'm done with school, I'll try to force myself to sketch in my dummy every day. But now I just can't. So, stay tuned

yes, you succeeded... it's a very convincing illustration. The vulture could be a bit more defined though, it's tough to distinguish what it is and what it's doing without you explaining it.

great image though, it definitely conveys the right mood!

oh, that photo below is remarkable!!

Did this friday, June the 24th
Based on Link in A Link to the past, obviously.

Like the last two of the first row and the first one of the second row the most. The third girl looks too much like a lego-figurine, so I will fix that in Photoshop.

Did this just now June the 28th
(in my head it's still today and not yet tomorrow, so the date is 28, not 29 )

    CRAPPY SCANS, sorry...

    Long time since I updated..

I'll post most pics of the last period (in an incorrect order btw)

    For the Bear birthday DSG

I bought 3 markers and tried them on this pic. The shading isn't very dark in the scan. In real-life it is better.

    Some Photo's I made

    Lone Stripe

Used a tutorial for the colouring. Not happy with the hair, but hey, it's improvement

And some edits that turned out nice together .
Kind of pop-art like I guess..

Really offtopic, but for the unicorn at the brook DSG

Just doodling, but like how it turned out

    Photo-edit with photos from Corbis.com.
It's about the years that fly by and looking back or forward.

Well, this time it really is a long time. I'll try to do this more regulary...

The puppy was coloured and made interactive the next day. Click the pic to 'play' Dress the Pup' (drag the accesoiries).

I'm also busy with a project for school. We have to make ourself in MDF and I like the project a lot. Here are some WIP's and concepts:

    Front and side view:

    The unicorn coloured

    Me as a Powerpuff!

Trying to get the hang of markers..

    Pretty Swans

    Something Diabolical (song)

Some Smilies I made (find more (moving) overhere!)

    Afzondering means seclusion in dutch

A portret I made for a friend of mine .

Some sketches for The Daily Sketch Group

Please crit me!!! Even when they are finished. I just need crits to improve myself. Thanks in advance
