    Miner

this is kind of pathetic but here goes...

i originally started out as a cartooning major, but fell in love with painting (inevitable... had steve assael as a teacher) and continue to paint until today. i've become, compared to you guys, a boring ass painter, and this site just injected some adrenaline in my veins... justin's and jon's stuff is just killer... i'm a huge hale fan, and it seems that so are they so it just clicks for me...

anyway... i really want to get better at this... i've been slacking off doing boring work for too long... i suck at ps and i just got painter and i fell in love with it... this is my first attempt... a simple drawing... baby steps...

you guys are just the output i need to stay fresh...

    anyway, here it is

    "Miner"

any instructional dvd's that could be of help to me??? i really dig this stuff...

    ha!
i was in assael's class with you.
you were (and obviously are still) so good.
i often wondered what you were up to. last i heard, you were making a fortune painting murals.

    the piece looks beautiful.
for what its worth, this is the foundation program section.
its a little more for beginners.

post some paintings in the finally fineshed section.
this place needs a good jump start!

Not lost to those of us who've been keeping an eye on him.
