Good thread my man, the improvement is at a stable up. This last one's lookin good, and it inkludes a gasmask to boot. Finish it!
Cool one! The focus thing works for ya here as well... Would like to see you spend a bit more time on it, just to make the porkupine (sp?) pop even more.
good stuff man.
looked through all of your sketcbook.
even though u may not see it.there is improvement.
lets show them what drawing is all about !
thanks for viewing!
the fur man with the mask reminds me of something. . . . nausicaa manga? I love the colors of it and how you did the loose brush strokes!
are the sketches from life or from memory? I think it might help if you first broke up the forms with circles and compositional lines. keep it coming
Great studies and improvement from start to finnish!
I dig your line work a lot. very very personal and great designs.

Mr Man: 0.0
MUNIZ: maybe some day i will paint it
MorteM: no im lazy 0.0, thanks anyway
Hyver: thanks, i might
heres some more shit.
10-15 minutes each
Good stuff! You're working on different facial expressions and such, which can only benefit you! Seems your rendering is improving too... the scans seems a bit light... tried level adjusting in PS to get the scan closer to the "real thing"? Oh... and a little crit; watch those outlines... or more specifically... the lineweight... it reads a bit flat when the line has such big importance.. like the semi-profile of the screaming dude... the heavy line tracing the outline of his face is the same weight all the way... so it feels very 2d with rendering inside of the lines... if that made any kind of sense
love the chef pic!
now, when i first said finish the hedgehog you answered "i will" and when i asked again you answered "i might".. i think we're on to something here. sit down, turn off everything but photoshop or whatever you're using and finish that puppy before doing anything else.. i think you need to push yourself to get to that extra bonus level.. mkay?
TheGnoll: thanks, i will
Hyver: i will finish it when i go back to digital
dCepT: thanks, ill do some others with less outline, but my scanner burns out the images so they look like shit
heres some quick shit from today 1-5 each 0.0
