    Wow! Leaps and bounds. I liked your stuff to begin with but your work is improving rapidly - very awesome stuff. I really love the perspective on the recent one with the bike.
    I like that you're doing more work with colour, I think it's the area that you most need to work on - most of the time it looks like you're colouring black and white, which can look good (as you've shown), but it'd be great to see you use colour differently for your lights, darks and midtones, which isn't easy to do when you work on it in black and white first.

    Hey man this sketchbook is freaking amazing, man. I really enjoy staring at your work for hours. Just stopping by to say you rock.

    I see tons of inspiration from your work, where do you get your inspiration? I'm seeing alot of Halo-esque Killzone, with some Akira bikes and Cowboy Bebop Vehicles, It's really quite nice.

    OpenBook, Petter - Thanks guys

    Flip - yeah its hard to maintain the value composition when using lot of colours. It kinda messed up that bike pic actually - still much to learn.

    Quick_Sketch - well I try not to draw inspiration from those sourses. I follow certain design rules that work for me but this can lead to familiar looking concepts - I really want to push for an origianal look to my work. I get tons of inspiration from music. I listen to music (I love over the top 80's rock) and I can see other worlds and stories and compositions etc.

    Anyway though you guys might like to see a model I've been working on

    I don't know man. Sometimes I hear its best to specialise in one area, sometimes I hear you need a diverse set of skills.

    I just do these different things because I love doing it. I don't want to stop myself trying out a particular area because I'm worried I'm not focusing enough on just one.

    I think the most important thing is to do what you enjoy. I'm sure you'll get where you want to be.

    Dude your sh*t is sick! Awesome, all of it! The bike above is my personal favorite thus far--but I'm a biker, so I'm biased.

    I have a question:

    How large are your files for printing (working resolution)?
    --I'm learning this digital painting thing and I'm wondering if I should paint at 150 PPI to make the working file smaller and scale up the drawing to 300 ppi for printing (13x19 prints @ 300 dpi on an epson inkjet).

    after lurking a bit I feelt the need to tell you Kick-Ass bro. I really need to start on some color studies to catch up to your level

    The one thing that bothers me about a lot of your enviro/action work is that it seems a bit light and blurd. Is that intentional to make it look Hazy?

    wow. First time check onto your thread: first the page 1, then 5, and then 1,2,3,4,5. Everything looks pretty. I was amazed about your 3d skills. May I ask, did you first became and 3d artist or did you draw 2d before that? My own selftaught "career" eh started with couple of years with 3d stuff and then when I was totally bored to do crappy designs or model others designs I started to draw. Feels like I have lost those years.

    bengonzalez - Cheers man - I try to capture a moment of action in those pieces and sometimes the methods I use can make me lose control. Like the Bike piece - I was really happy with the bike but I lost control of the composition with the background - I really don't like it now.

    maknien - Thanks man - I've been drawing all my life. I started 3d a few years ago. I'm 21 by the way.
