Long time lurker, first time poster here

I don't know if this has been posted before, but I came across this link yesterday, and I found it fascinating. It's a 3 hour seminar given by Chen Yi Chang, a character development artist at Disney. He discusses among other things his work on Mulan and Tarzan, and even takes the last half hour to critique student drawings. He managed to pack an incredible amount of information about the visual development industry into this short amount of time.

The bad news is that it is a streaming video and can't be downloaded for offline viewing. The good news is that you can jump to any point in the stream, so you don't have to watch it all at once.

Enjoy. http://video.csupomona.edu/streaming...n_yi_chang.htm
